1、第50卷第2期湖北農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)Vo1.50No.22011年1月HubeiAgriculturalSciencesJan.,2011鹽脅迫對(duì)多花木藍(lán)種子萌發(fā)的影響王文恩,李穎,蘇農(nóng),余文成(華中農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)園藝林學(xué)學(xué)院.武漢430070)摘要:采用紙培法對(duì)多花木藍(lán)(IndigoferaamblyanthaCraibinNot.)種子進(jìn)行鹽脅迫試驗(yàn),設(shè)置了0(CK)、2、4、8、12g/L5個(gè)濃度梯度的NaC1溶液及NaCI+KC1溶液進(jìn)行處理,置于光照培養(yǎng)箱中對(duì)其進(jìn)行觀察,并測(cè)定其發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)、發(fā)芽指數(shù)、活力指數(shù)等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果表明,低濃度的鹽溶液可以促進(jìn)種子萌發(fā),高濃度的鹽溶液則會(huì)推遲種子發(fā)
2、芽,當(dāng)鹽濃度大于8g/L時(shí),明顯延遲種子發(fā)芽時(shí)間;在鹽濃度較高(12L)時(shí),發(fā)芽率仍然能達(dá)55%~70%左右,但高濃度下的發(fā)芽質(zhì)量較差;多花木藍(lán)種子的發(fā)芽率、發(fā)芽勢(shì)等指標(biāo)均隨鹽濃度升高而呈下降趨勢(shì),其中,NaCI+KC1溶液濃度為12g/L時(shí).種子發(fā)芽率最低.清水及NaCl溶液濃度為2、4g/L時(shí),種子發(fā)芽率最高不同濃度的鹽溶液脅迫對(duì)發(fā)芽率等指標(biāo)的影響都達(dá)到了極顯著水平關(guān)鍵詞:多花木藍(lán):種子;萌發(fā);耐鹽性中圖分類號(hào):$793.9;$723.1+31.1;Q945.78文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):0439—8114(2011)02—0321—04TheEfectsofSaltStresso
