1、在紫外光照射環(huán)境中,以聚丙烯薄膜為基材,采用二苯甲酮作為實(shí)驗(yàn)光敏劑媒介,實(shí)現(xiàn)N,N—二甲基十四烷基對(duì)乙烯基節(jié)基氯化錢(qián)的成功接枝,同時(shí)在實(shí)驗(yàn)中重點(diǎn)分析溶劑濃度、光照時(shí)間及光敏劑的濃度對(duì)反應(yīng)結(jié)果的影響程度;確定本反應(yīng)的最佳實(shí)現(xiàn)條件,即光照吋間1.5min>光敏劑濃度0.20g/mL>溶劑濃度0.20g/mL^接枝率為17.00pg/mm2o然后通過(guò)相應(yīng)的XPS、SEM等技術(shù)測(cè)試,對(duì)接枝后的基材表面的物化特性進(jìn)行分析,確定接枝反應(yīng)的實(shí)際效果。相關(guān)測(cè)試結(jié)果充分證明:本文設(shè)計(jì)的接枝方案完全可行;通過(guò)抑菌圈法和TTC活性實(shí)驗(yàn)得出:季鍍鹽單體具
2、有快速有效抑制金黃色葡萄球菌和大腸桿菌的繁殖和活性的功能。在單體抗菌性實(shí)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,木文提出了多酸與季鞍鹽復(fù)合雙活性中心抗菌劑,通過(guò)紫外光接枝反應(yīng)附著到聚丙烯材質(zhì)表面層,實(shí)現(xiàn)一種全新的表層抗菌性材料組合,并通過(guò)同等條件的測(cè)試技術(shù)進(jìn)行新產(chǎn)物的物化特征表征,并與季胺鹽單體的表征結(jié)果進(jìn)行比對(duì),結(jié)果表明:雙活性中心抗菌劑比季錢(qián)鹽單體穩(wěn)定,且抑菌能力更強(qiáng)。關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯膜;紫外光接枝;雜多酸季鍍鹽;抗菌性AbstractUndertheenvironmentwithultravioletlight,weusebenzophenoneasth
