1、第37卷第3期電力建設(shè)VO1.37.No.32016年3月ElectricPowerConstructionMfir.,2016階梯電價(jià)下居民峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)測算優(yōu)化模型趙會茹,王玉瑋,張超,舒艷,趙名銳(華北電力大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院,北京市102206)摘要:為了在現(xiàn)有居民階梯電價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià),使兩種價(jià)格相結(jié)合,從而進(jìn)一步引導(dǎo)居民合理用電,提高能源效率,提出一套階梯電價(jià)下居民峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)測算優(yōu)化模型與方法。首先,按現(xiàn)行各檔階梯電價(jià)的用戶覆蓋范圍,將全體居民戶分為相對應(yīng)的各子群體細(xì)分市場;其次,構(gòu)造各子群體細(xì)分市場的分時(shí)電價(jià)需求響
2、應(yīng)函數(shù)并建立相應(yīng)的峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)優(yōu)化目標(biāo)函數(shù)集;再次,在各子群體細(xì)分市場內(nèi)構(gòu)建峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)約束條件集;最后。聯(lián)合目標(biāo)函數(shù)及約束條件,形成各細(xì)分市場的峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)優(yōu)化模型,模型的輸出結(jié)果,即為對應(yīng)各階梯的最優(yōu)峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià)。算例仿真驗(yàn)證了模型的合理性與可行性,敏感性分析進(jìn)一步揭示了各階梯最優(yōu)峰谷電價(jià)結(jié)果隨需求響應(yīng)變化的規(guī)律。關(guān)鍵詞:階梯電價(jià);峰谷分時(shí)電價(jià);居民用戶;細(xì)分市場;優(yōu)化模型OptimizationModelofResidentialTime.of-UseTarifCalculationunderMulti.StepElectrici
