1、設(shè)計配置圖紙ATUOCAD下載地址:http://pan.baidu.com/s/1i3wyCYD餐廚垃圾厭氧沼氣發(fā)電工藝設(shè)計設(shè)計總說明隨著國民經(jīng)濟的增長和餐飲行業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,我國每年的餐廚垃圾產(chǎn)量也在不斷增加。目前,廣州市日產(chǎn)生活垃圾超過17000t,其中餐廚垃圾達4000~5000t,占生活垃圾的23.5~29.4。按此計算,廣州市餐廚垃圾的年產(chǎn)量不低于1.5×106t。如果將餐廚垃圾直接收集后運至養(yǎng)豬場喂豬,餐廚垃圾中的各種病菌會經(jīng)過生物鏈傳播,從而影響人體健康。將餐廚垃圾經(jīng)簡單處理后排至下水管道,則易造成較大
2、的污染,導(dǎo)致細菌和病毒的滋生。將餐廚垃圾直接填埋的成本低,但會占用大量土地,且伴隨而來的大量潲水威脅著水資源安全,而排放出來的沼氣也會加重大氣污染。而目前較為有效的餐廚垃圾處理方法是以發(fā)酵制沼氣和用于發(fā)電工藝的綜合處理法。本設(shè)計的餐廚垃圾采用厭氧發(fā)酵沼氣發(fā)電的工藝。餐廚垃圾經(jīng)過預(yù)處理后經(jīng)厭氧發(fā)酵產(chǎn)生沼氣和沼渣,沼氣利用于發(fā)電使用,沼渣和沼液便用于生產(chǎn)肥料出售,解決了處理后副產(chǎn)品對于環(huán)境的污染,且有回收效益。其中部分沼液可回流用于厭氧發(fā)酵前的接種處理,已達到回收利用的效果。主要設(shè)備有厭氧發(fā)酵罐、沼氣凈化系統(tǒng)、沼氣儲氣罐

6、increasemethaneemissionsfromairpollution.Atpresent,moreeffectivemethodisbasedonthefermentationoffoodwastetreatmentbiogasforpowergenerationtechnologyandintegratedapproach.Thedesignofthekitchenwastebiogasusinganaerobicfermentationprocess.Afterpretreatmentoffoodwa
7、stebyanaerobicfermentationtoproducebiogasandbiogas,biogasutilizationinelectricitygeneration,biogasandbiogaswillbesoldfortheproductionoffertilizers,tosolvetheprocessingbyproductsforpollutionoftheenvironment,andthereisrecoveryefficiency.Someofthemmayreturnforanae
