1、摘要隨著我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的迅猛發(fā)展以及居民生活節(jié)奏逐漸加快,快遞行業(yè)現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)越來越受到人們的關(guān)注,成為中國(guó)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)中一股非?;钴S的力量,已經(jīng)一定程度改變了人們經(jīng)濟(jì)行為和生活方式。2010年新《郵政法》實(shí)施以來,每年全國(guó)規(guī)模以上快遞服務(wù)企業(yè)總業(yè)務(wù)量增長(zhǎng)50%以上,總業(yè)務(wù)收入增長(zhǎng)30%以上,快遞業(yè)已進(jìn)入高速增長(zhǎng)的時(shí)期。我國(guó)民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè)內(nèi)部受資金、規(guī)模、網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、信息化等條件限制,企業(yè)發(fā)展緩慢;外部受到中國(guó)郵政EMS和外資快遞企業(yè)兩方面的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)威脅,民營(yíng)快遞之間價(jià)格戰(zhàn)頻發(fā),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈。隨著市場(chǎng)通脹及運(yùn)輸成本、用工成本的持續(xù)上升,國(guó)內(nèi)快遞企業(yè)紛紛面臨巨大的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本壓力。因此,
2、加強(qiáng)民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè)的專業(yè)素質(zhì)及服務(wù)水平,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力已迫在眉睫。本文以企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為主題,以民營(yíng)快遞公司xx快遞為視角,通過競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)理論與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論的結(jié)合研究,提出我國(guó)民營(yíng)快遞公司要以增強(qiáng)差異化戰(zhàn)略能力為基礎(chǔ),加大資源投入提高企業(yè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量及專業(yè)素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)和引進(jìn)高級(jí)專業(yè)人才來提升和保持企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文首先使用PEST分析模型對(duì)我國(guó)快遞行業(yè)進(jìn)行宏觀環(huán)境掃描,并使用波特五力模型對(duì)xx快遞外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。其次,在構(gòu)建快遞企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,以聯(lián)邦FedEx及EMS為參照對(duì)象,運(yùn)用對(duì)比差距法和因素分析法對(duì)快遞企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后,利用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)矩陣
