1、中藥煎劑內(nèi)服外洗治療復(fù)發(fā)性尖銳濕疣臨床探究【摘要】【目的】觀察中藥煎劑內(nèi)服外洗對復(fù)發(fā)性尖銳濕疣臨床復(fù)發(fā)的影響。【方法】采用半隨機(jī)單盲法將128例患者分為2組，治療組65例在微波除疣治療的基礎(chǔ)上，同時(shí)給予口服蕙改仁甘草湯煎劑加自擬消疣湯煎劑外洗患處皮損，每天1次；對照組63例給予單純微波除疣治療。兩組均以1個(gè)月為1個(gè)療程。觀察兩組治療3個(gè)療程內(nèi)及隨訪6個(gè)月內(nèi)臨床復(fù)發(fā)情況。【結(jié)果】治療1、2、3個(gè)月內(nèi)治療組臨床復(fù)發(fā)例數(shù)分別為37例(5692%)、25例(3846%)、11例(1692%),對照組分別為52例(8254%)、47例(7460%)、36例(5714%),
