1、熱浪式連續(xù)高溫脅迫對小菜蛾幼蟲和蛹的影響摘要:模擬高溫熱浪的溫度模式,研究了熱浪式連續(xù)高溫脅迫對小菜蛾(Plutellaxylostella)幼蟲和蛹的影響。結(jié)果表明,高溫脅迫時的初始蟲態(tài)、脅迫溫度、脅迫模式及各因子之間的交互作用都可能對小菜蛾3齡幼蟲和蛹的羽化率及生殖力有顯箸影響。小菜蛾3齡幼蟲比蛹耐熱,蛹更易受到高溫危害。雖然小菜蛾較耐高溫,但40°C,持續(xù)3d每天8h(3dX8h/d)的高溫脅迫下,相比30°C1d8h(1dX8h/d),小菜蛾羽化率降低了55.48%o從生殖角度看,蛹經(jīng)高溫脅迫
