1、紅外線綜合治療囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型瘞瘡的研究紅外線綜合治療囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型座瘡的研究［摘要］目的：囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痊瘡治療較為困難，本組應(yīng)用紅外線綜合治療方法，觀察評估其療效，以期建立一種有效的治療方法。方法：將284例囊腫結(jié)節(jié)型痊瘡患者就診于我科，按治療方法不同隨機分為單純清創(chuàng)組、單純面膜組和紅外線綜合治療組。單純清創(chuàng)組僅對軟化并出現(xiàn)波動的痙瘡進行清創(chuàng)處理，單純面膜組僅采用中藥面膜外敷治療，紅外線綜合治療組采用紅外線照射30min后再行針刺清創(chuàng)加慶大霉索沖洗創(chuàng)面，敷用中藥面膜后再照射紅外線30min,最后外敷積雪昔。治療4周后對療效進行評估。隨訪3個月跟蹤復發(fā)情況。結(jié)果：紅外線綜合治療組的臨床
