2、于打破企業(yè)“大而全”“小也全”的小商業(yè)生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作模式充分的將融合后的企業(yè)中的服務(wù)業(yè)和物流業(yè)分離岀來(lái),面對(duì)t距離的同時(shí)充分培育笫三方物流企業(yè),需要積極探索科學(xué)管理物流業(yè),從而使管理費(fèi)用的大幅度降低和物流市場(chǎng)的到規(guī)范。在此之后就是要與國(guó)際物流的銜接加強(qiáng)國(guó)際物流各人企業(yè)之間的交流及合作,虛心學(xué)習(xí)國(guó)外企業(yè)的采購(gòu),物流與供應(yīng)鏈管理方面的先進(jìn)理念、模式、技術(shù)與管理。關(guān)鍵詞:成本;物流;策略;發(fā)展;屮小金業(yè);管理Abstract:China'ssmallandmediumenterprisesthroughtheunderstandingandanalysis
