2、0033,China【Abstract]AIM:Toobserveprespectivelytheeffectofintestinalhydrotherapyinstrumentasintestinalpreoperativepreparationsforpatientsreceivingcolorectomy.METHODS:Eightysixpatientsundergoingelectiveoperationwererandomlydividedintotwogroups,theconventionalcoloclystergroup(groupC)andtheinte
3、stinalhydrotherapygroup(groupH)，with43ineachgroup?GroupHwereclysterizedrepeatedly10to15timeswithtypeHC3000completeautomaticintestinalhydrotherapyinstrument.Ittookabout45ininintheafternoonjustbeforetheoperationday.ThepatientsingroupCwereclysterizdwith100-200g/Lsoaphydrosolution3to5timesinthe
4、eveningbeforetheoperationand2or3timesinthemorningoftheoperationday.Thedegreeofcomfortandsatisfactiontocoloclyster,theintestinalsanitarydegree,andthetimeoftherecoveryofintestinalwrigglewereassessed.RESULTS:Theaveragecoloclystertimeforeachcasewas(96±17)miningroupCand(43±7)miningroupH.Thedegre
5、eofcomfortandsatisfactiontocoloclysterwas11.6%ingroupCand48.9%ingroupH.Theintestinalsanitarydegreewas37.2%ingroupCand95.3%ingroupH.Thetimeoftherecoveryofintestinalwrigglewas(83+11)hingroupCand(76+12)hingroupH.CONCLUSION:Comparedwiththeconventionalcoloelyster,thepreoperativeintestinalhydroth
