1、畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書論文(全套CAD圖紙)QQ36396305摘要隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展和汽車技術(shù)的提高,驅(qū)動(dòng)橋的設(shè)計(jì)和制造工藝都在日益完善。驅(qū)動(dòng)橋和其他汽車總成一樣,除了廣泛采用新技術(shù)外,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中日益朝著“零件標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、部件通用化、產(chǎn)品系列化”的方向發(fā)展及生產(chǎn)組織專業(yè)化目標(biāo)前進(jìn)。應(yīng)采用能以幾種典型的零部件,以不同方案組合的設(shè)計(jì)方法和生產(chǎn)方式達(dá)到驅(qū)動(dòng)橋產(chǎn)品的系列化或變形的目的,或力求做到將某一類型的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋以更多或增減不多的零件,用到不同的性能、不同噸位、不同用途并由單橋驅(qū)動(dòng)到多橋驅(qū)動(dòng)的許多變形汽車上。本說(shuō)明書中,根據(jù)給定的參數(shù),首先對(duì)主減速器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。主要是對(duì)主減速器的結(jié)構(gòu),以及幾何尺寸進(jìn)行了設(shè)
2、計(jì)。主減速器的形式主要有單級(jí)主減速器和雙級(jí)主減速器。而主減速器的齒輪形式主要有螺旋錐齒輪、雙曲面齒輪、圓柱齒輪和蝸輪蝸桿等形式。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用的是整體式單級(jí)主減速器,齒輪形式采用雙曲面齒輪。其次,對(duì)差速器的形式進(jìn)行選擇,差速器的形式主要分為普通對(duì)稱式圓錐行星齒輪差速器和防滑差速器兩種。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用普通對(duì)稱式圓錐行星齒輪差速器。最后,對(duì)半軸的結(jié)構(gòu)、支承形式,以及橋殼的形式和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析設(shè)計(jì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)采用全浮式半軸支承和整體式驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼。關(guān)鍵詞:驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器差速器半軸驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼39畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書論文(全套CAD圖紙)QQ36396305ABSTRACTWiththedevelopmentoft
