1、土壓平衡盾構(gòu)機刀盤刀具布置方法研究?*?蒲毅劉建琴郭偉裴瑞英?天津大學(xué)機械工程學(xué)院天津?300072?摘要:研究土壓平衡Earth?Pressure?Balanced,?EPB盾構(gòu)機刀盤刀具的布置方法,目的是為了確保刀具結(jié)構(gòu)布置的合理性和實用性。依據(jù)刀具磨損的等壽命原則,提出確定刀具數(shù)量的磨損系數(shù)法和掘進(jìn)系數(shù)法;針對具體施工問題,可預(yù)測盾構(gòu)在開挖區(qū)間,刀具的磨損量以及許用磨損情況下刀具的掘進(jìn)距離,為保障工程的安全順利進(jìn)行提供參考;基于阿基米德螺旋線布置方法,計算了以刀具磨損的等壽命原則下,主切削刀的布置曲線;提出刀具平面對稱布局原則,分析刀具的切削過程,得到了單把
