5、ongproductionruns,minimizedset-upsandchange-overandproductstandardization.Ontheotherhandmarketinghassoughttoachievecompetitiveadvantagethroughvariety,highservicelevelsandfrequentproductchanges.Intoday'smoreturbulentenvironmentthereisnolongeranypossibilityofmanufacturingandmarketingactingindepend
6、entlyofeachother.Theinternecinedisputesbetweenthe'barons'ofproductionandmarketingareclearlycounter-productivetotheachievementofoverallcorporategoals.Itisnocoincidencethatinrecentyearsbothmarketingandmanufacturinghavebecomethefocusofrenewedattention.Marketingasaconceptandaphilosophyofcustomerorie
