1、汽車行駛姿態(tài)無線測(cè)量模塊硬件設(shè)計(jì)摘要汽車行駛姿態(tài)的測(cè)量屬于汽車整車性能測(cè)試的項(xiàng)目之一,汽車整車性能測(cè)試是伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展而發(fā)展的。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,特別是計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,汽車性能測(cè)試技術(shù)也飛速發(fā)展。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)的汽車整車性能測(cè)試系統(tǒng)均采用冇線連接方式;I佃國(guó)外的汽車檢測(cè)設(shè)備大多數(shù)釆用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),各個(gè)模塊之間通過CANbus通信。但是,這兩種方式經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)時(shí)間無數(shù)次使用,連接接口均會(huì)出現(xiàn)連接不可靠的現(xiàn)彖,而無線測(cè)量可以避免這方而的問題。因此,用無線測(cè)量模塊代替己有測(cè)試系統(tǒng)的有線連接方式,是具有一定優(yōu)勢(shì)的發(fā)展方向。本課題基于C8051F021單片機(jī)和PTR6
2、000PA無線模塊,采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì),將陀螺儀信號(hào)進(jìn)行本地化處理和供電,完成加速度、角速度和動(dòng)態(tài)傾角測(cè)量功能,構(gòu)建一個(gè)專用的無線局威網(wǎng)絡(luò)終端,實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車性能測(cè)試的全無線化,將實(shí)驗(yàn)前的準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間減為最小,并且方便安裝,能夠提高實(shí)驗(yàn)的可靠性。該無線測(cè)量模塊接收到陀螺儀的信號(hào)后,經(jīng)放大電路處理后送入C8051F021單片機(jī),再由C8051F021單片機(jī)內(nèi)部的A/D轉(zhuǎn)換器將采集到的模擬信號(hào)進(jìn)行模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換,然后對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行顯示,并通過PTR6000PA無線模塊將數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送至上位機(jī)儲(chǔ)存。關(guān)鍵詞:C8051F021單片機(jī),測(cè)量,汽車行駛姿態(tài),無線收發(fā)THEHARDWAREDE
