3、sarilyagilesupplychainsnecessarytodeliverreliefduringdisasters.Thisreorganizationhasincludedthedesignationofclustersfordifferenttypesofactivity,andsignificantlyleadershipoftheclustertospecificorganizations.Thisarticleappliestheconceptofafourth-partylogistic
