1、氣液混抽泵設(shè)計摘要:隨著社會的快速發(fā)展,我國的各行各業(yè)均得到迅猛發(fā)展,尤其在石油行業(yè)。抽油泵是油111開發(fā)過程屮的主要設(shè)備Z—,往往油井屮含有大量的氣體而使抽油泵發(fā)生氣鎖,導(dǎo)致抽油泵不能正常工作,抽油效率下降。本次設(shè)計在普通抽油泵的基礎(chǔ)上,在開有小孔的泵筒上增加了中空管組件來改變了泵在抽油時的油氣比,因而有效地改善了抽油泵的性能,提高了油
2、]1的原油產(chǎn)量,增加了油
3、]1開發(fā)的經(jīng)濟效益。本文結(jié)合我國油出屮普遍存在的油氣比大的油井,這些油井中含有大量的溶解氣休對抽油泵效率有明顯影響,從現(xiàn)有的防氣抽油泵為出發(fā)點開始研究
4、。首先介紹了國內(nèi)外防氣抽油泵的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,接下來討論了本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的氣液抽油泵的工作原理,初步確定了氣液抽油泵的整體結(jié)構(gòu)。然后對氣液抽油泵的整休結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸進行了設(shè)計計算,確定了泵的外徑和泵筒的t度。最后對抽油泵的主要零件,如泵筒、柱塞、泵閥、閥罩等進行了設(shè)計計算以及校核,并對抽油泵的排量進行了估算。最終確定所設(shè)計的氣液抽油泵能夠有效防止氣鎖而正常工作。關(guān)鍵詞:抽油泵;防氣鎖;氣液抽油泵;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計DesignofaGas-liquidmixingpumpAbstract:Withthedevelopmentofsoc
