2、題，在分析總結(jié)目前的學(xué)者專家研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，給出了基于顯式擁塞控制的多級反饋的TCP擁塞控制機(jī)制MLF_TCP,仿真結(jié)果表明，該機(jī)制可以明顯地提高吞吐量，降低丟包率，減少擁橐次數(shù)。其次，分析研究了可靠數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)傳輸協(xié)議RUDP,并在cdnm無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)下將其與TCP、UDP進(jìn)行了比較，結(jié)果表明RUDP具有比TCP更高的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸效率，比UDP具冇更高的可靠性，在移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)屮的某些應(yīng)用屮，RUDP具冇較好的實(shí)用性。最后，根據(jù)上述實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果并根據(jù)實(shí)際需要，將RUDP協(xié)議應(yīng)用在了車輛視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目中，實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)定的系統(tǒng)功能，
