1、［經(jīng)典］孟魯司特聯(lián)合布地奈德治療支氣管哮喘的臨床研究孟魯司特聯(lián)合布地奈德治療支氣管哮喘的臨床研究【摘要】目的觀察孟魯司特聯(lián)合布地奈德吸入治療兒童支氣管哮喘的臨床療效。方法選取中、重度支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作患兒30例，隨機分對照組和治療組,每組各15例。對照組采用激素、多索茶堿常規(guī)治療,治療組采用布地奈德每日兩次霧化吸入、孟魯司特4噸,1次/d睡前口服治療。療程均為10doid錄患者臨床癥狀緩解時間;兩組治療前和治療后10d各進行一次肺功能測定和嗜酸性粒細胞計數(shù)，數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果兩組患兒經(jīng)過治療后肺功能FEV1/FVC%、P

2、EF均明顯上升（P〈0?05）,治療組較對照組上升更明顯（P〈0?05）。并口治療組患兒臨床癥咳嗽、喘息的緩解時間明顯短于對照組（P〈0?05）o經(jīng)過治療后兩組患兒E0S計數(shù)均下降明顯（P〈0?05）,治療組與對照組相比下降更為明顯（P〈0?05）o結(jié)論孟魯司特聯(lián)合布地奈德吸入治療可以有效地改善中、重度哮喘患者的肺功能,緩解哮喘癥狀，降低EOS計數(shù),從而有效的控制哮喘的發(fā)作。?【關(guān)鍵詞】支氣管哮喘;孟魯司特;布地奈德令TheClinicalObservationofMontelukastassociationwithBudes
