2、具有超低功耗特點的MSP430系列單片機作為MCU,同時采用超聲波換能器和Pt1000溫度傳感器形成流量溫度測量系統(tǒng),并采用改進W型反射式基表結(jié)構(gòu)提高流量測量精度。為了延長超聲波熱量表的使用周期,設計基于TEG1?241系列溫差芯片的發(fā)電裝置,并實現(xiàn)剩余電量為鋰離子電池充電??紤]到環(huán)境中電磁干擾對測溫精度影響較大,采用均值濾波的方法減小因干擾帶來的誤差。最后在A類環(huán)境下對多組熱量表進行測試,實驗結(jié)果表明,該熱量表準確度高,靜態(tài)工作電流低,性能穩(wěn)定,具有廣闊的應用前景。關(guān)鍵詞:超聲波熱量表;TDC?GP22;改進W型反射式結(jié)構(gòu);溫差發(fā)電中圖分類號:TN?61;TH701文獻標識碼:
