2、臟器重量,計(jì)算臟器系數(shù)。結(jié)果雌雄裸小鼠腎、腦重量差異有顯著性(P<0.01),體重、心、肝、腎上腺重量差異有顯著性(P<0.05),腦系數(shù)、腎上腺系數(shù)差異有顯著性(P<0.01)。腎系數(shù)差異顯著(P<0.05)。雄性裸小鼠體重與心、肝、腎、腦、腎上腺、睪丸有線性關(guān)系。雌性裸小鼠體重與肝、腎、胃有線性關(guān)系。結(jié)論BALBc雌雄裸小鼠的體重、心重量、肝重量、腎重量、腦重量、腎上腺重量、腎系數(shù)、腦系數(shù)、腎上腺系數(shù)具有差異,其體重與某些臟器存在一定的線性關(guān)系?！娟P(guān)鍵詞】無特定病原體;小鼠,近交BALBc;臟器重量
