1、第32卷第6期2011年6月010建筑結(jié)構(gòu)學(xué)報(bào)JournalofBuildingStructuresVol.32No.6June2011文章編號(hào):1000-6869(2011)06-0076-06冷彎厚壁矩形型鋼管冷彎效應(yīng)胡盛德,李立新,周家林(武漢科技大學(xué)鋼鐵冶金及資源利用省部共建教育部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,湖北武漢430081)摘要:針對(duì)斷面規(guī)格為□200×300×9.2的冷彎厚壁矩形型鋼管,進(jìn)行了平板、彎角、相應(yīng)母材和短柱試件的力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)合冷彎生產(chǎn)工藝,分析了平板、彎角試件力學(xué)性能隨冷彎道次的變化規(guī)律,并與相關(guān)厚壁型鋼冷作硬化效應(yīng)作
2、了比較。運(yùn)用國(guó)內(nèi)外冷彎型鋼設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)中的修正公式,對(duì)該厚壁冷彎方形型鋼全截面強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明:國(guó)內(nèi)薄壁和國(guó)外厚壁公式都不可直接用于本冷彎厚壁矩形型鋼強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì),國(guó)外公式更偏于危險(xiǎn);魏氏體組織是造成帶焊縫板件強(qiáng)度高而塑性差的主要原因;焊接熱使板件受到低溫“退火”而強(qiáng)度降低,從而導(dǎo)致兩豎直側(cè)平板件強(qiáng)度甚至低于母材。關(guān)鍵詞:冷彎厚壁矩形型鋼管;靜載試驗(yàn);力學(xué)性能;冷作硬化效應(yīng);結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)中圖分類號(hào):TU511.37TU502.6文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:AStrainhardeningofthick-walledcoldform

6、el.Thespecificationabroadforpredictionofthick-wallcoldformedsteelstubcolumnismoredangerousthanChinesespecification.Widmanstttenmicrostructureformedinmaterialistheultimatecauseofhighstrengthandlowplasticityoftheflatportionspecimenswithweldingline.Thesweatingheatreducest
