1、推上頜磨牙向后導(dǎo)致第二磨牙鎖牙合探析【摘要】目的探討上頜第二恒磨牙萌出前推上頜恒磨牙向后導(dǎo)致上頜第二恒磨牙鎖牙合的可能性。方法研究組：推磨牙向后的患者16例；對照組：未經(jīng)正畸治療的患者130例。兩組皆拍攝X線頭顱側(cè)位片。研究組分別測量推磨牙向后之前和第二磨牙建牙合時的牙弓后段可用間隙和擁擠度，對照組測量治療前的牙弓后段可用間隙和擁擠度。比較兩組上頜第二磨牙發(fā)生鎖牙合的構(gòu)成比、兩組上頜第二磨牙發(fā)生鎖牙合和無鎖牙合者其牙弓后段擁擠度的差異、以及牙弓后段擁擠度與鎖牙合形成的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果研究組發(fā)生鎖牙合的比例

8、ng；Buccalcrossbite通過推上頜磨牙向后為排齊輕度擁擠的前牙開辟間隙,已作為常規(guī)矯治方法之一。許多患者在正畸治療開始時，第二恒磨牙(下稱“第二磨牙”)尚未萌出。由于第二磨牙未能納入矯治裝置，其盟出位置不受人為控制。推磨牙向后改變了磨牙后段的環(huán)境，有可能影響第二磨牙的萌出方向和位置。如果第二磨牙頰向萌出，則可能形成鎖。第二磨形成鎖牙合會增加治療難度，延長治療時間，還可能影響咀嚼功能和穎下頜關(guān)節(jié)的功能，因此有必要探討推磨牙向后引起第二磨牙鎖牙合
