1、第33卷第2期2015年4月中國民航大學(xué)學(xué)報JOURNALOFCIVILAVIATl0NUNIVERSITY0FCHINAV01.33No.2April2015瀝青道面摩擦系數(shù)隨水膜厚度的變化規(guī)律趙鴻鐸,伍夢竹,吳世濤(同濟(jì)大學(xué)道路與交通工程教育部重點實驗室,上海200092)摘要:對瀝青道面在不同濕滑狀態(tài)下的抗滑性能進(jìn)行研究。利用遙感式路面狀況傳感器和擺式摩擦儀測量3種不同瀝青表面在不同厚度水膜覆蓋情況下的摩擦系數(shù),試驗結(jié)果表明:水膜厚度為0~1mm時.3種表面的摩擦系數(shù)均呈下降趨勢;水膜厚度為1—5mm時,摩擦系數(shù)基本保持不變。結(jié)合試驗數(shù)據(jù)分
2、析水膜厚度對摩擦系數(shù)的影響機(jī)理,建立水膜厚度為0—5mm時摩擦系數(shù)隨水膜厚度變化的模型。模型表明隨著水膜厚度增加,輪胎與道面的摩擦過程經(jīng)歷3個不同的潤滑階段,其中混合潤滑階段摩擦系數(shù)與水膜厚度存在對數(shù)關(guān)系。水膜厚度對摩擦系數(shù)影響規(guī)律主要受表面微觀構(gòu)造控制,在低速摩擦情況下水膜厚度的增加對摩擦系數(shù)影響較小。關(guān)鍵詞:瀝青道面;摩擦系數(shù);水膜厚度;表面構(gòu)造:Stribeck效應(yīng)中圖分類號:U416.217;V351.11文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1674—5590(2015)02—0047—06Variationofasphaltpavementfric
