4、透漏某些保密信息，包括但不限于商業(yè)、財務(wù)、技術(shù)和運營方面的信息（以下稱保密信息）。只有在如下情況下，披露方披露的信息才被接收方認為是保密信息：如果通過書面?zhèn)鬟f，則必須明顯地標明“保密”字樣；或如果通過口頭傳遞，則應(yīng)當在披露當時指出為“保密”。如果披露方未能標注或指出披露的保密信息為“保密”，則接收方應(yīng)當在收到披露方指定“保密”并要求將該披潺的信息作為本協(xié)議項下的保密信息處理的卩面通知之日起，依據(jù)本協(xié)議負責保護該披潺的信息。Whereasthepartiesareinterestedtoundertakediscussionsandnegotiatio
