2、內(nèi),觀察小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬雞紅細(xì)胞的吞噬能力,計(jì)算出不同濃度IL2作用后吞噬細(xì)胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指數(shù),并與正常對(duì)照組作比較。結(jié)果正常對(duì)照組小鼠巨噬細(xì)胞吞噬百分率為(16.981.22)%,20U/ml組為(39.660.98)%,40U/ml組為(57.61104)%,80U/ml組為(60.221.32)%,160U/ml組為(61.110.99)%;吞噬指數(shù)依次為0.210.048,0.520032,0.790.041,0.820.057和0.830.028。實(shí)驗(yàn)組與正常對(duì)照組之間具有顯著性差異(P<0.05)。
