1、石油機(jī)械一96一CHINAPETROLEUMMACHINERY2014年第42卷第5期油氣田開(kāi)發(fā)工程CD區(qū)塊管桿偏磨機(jī)理分析與治理措施劉國(guó)強(qiáng)王鳳清王峰張康張蓋霞馬召李積風(fēng)(中石油煤層氣有限責(zé)任公司臨汾分公司)摘要:CD區(qū)塊管桿偏磨嚴(yán)重造成檢泵周期短,制約著煤層氣井的高效開(kāi)發(fā)。為此,從區(qū)塊井眼軌跡特征、桿柱力學(xué)分析和井筒流態(tài)等方面入手,分析了CD區(qū)塊管桿偏磨機(jī)理及情蝕機(jī)理,形成了以井斜數(shù)據(jù)、舉升機(jī)型、產(chǎn)液量及液性、煤粉含量、工作制度為依據(jù),適合于CD區(qū)塊煤層氣定向井舉升管串的一套優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)模板。該模板綜合運(yùn)用油管內(nèi)襯、油管涂料、各類抽油桿及其配件扶正技術(shù),同時(shí)結(jié)合煤層氣排采設(shè)備選型與優(yōu)化軟件的應(yīng)用

5、lectionandoptimizationofCBMdrainage—productionequipmentwasapplied.Finally,asetofoptimaldesigntemplatesuit-ablefortheliftingstringofCBMdirectionalwellsinAreaCDwasscreened.Theapplicationoftheoptimizedtern·plateremarkablylengthensthepumpinspectioncycle,reducestheworkovercostandachievesthedesirableeffec

7、斷脫等事故發(fā)生概率,增加了油水井維修次數(shù)和成本,縮短了油水井有效工作時(shí)間,給油田帶來(lái)隨著石油開(kāi)采技術(shù)的發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了無(wú)桿采油技了巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。術(shù),但有桿采油井?dāng)?shù)仍占機(jī)采井?dāng)?shù)的90%以上,CD區(qū)塊也面臨著同樣的問(wèn)題,區(qū)塊內(nèi)235口有桿采油在目前采油中仍占主導(dǎo)地位。隨著石油開(kāi)井普遍存在嚴(yán)重的管桿偏磨、腐蝕現(xiàn)象,偏磨、腐采在國(guó)內(nèi)各大油田都進(jìn)人開(kāi)發(fā)后期,各大油田都出蝕井占總排采井90%以上,2011年初平均
