1、(20屆)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)三聚氰胺分子印跡聚合物的制備微球及其在固相萃取中的應(yīng)用II摘要三聚氰胺廣泛用于塑料、涂料、粘合劑和食品包裝材料的生產(chǎn),同時三聚氰胺也是畜牧業(yè)和農(nóng)作物常用殺蟲劑環(huán)丙氨嗪的代謝產(chǎn)物,近年來在地表水和土壤中分別檢出了三聚氰胺的殘留。三聚氰胺已波及整個食物鏈,對生態(tài)環(huán)境和飲用水安全構(gòu)成潛在的威脅,因此監(jiān)測環(huán)境中的三聚氰胺有重要意義。分子印跡技術(shù)可使聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)中形成對膜板分子具有特殊性的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)。在由自由基引發(fā)的聚合過程中,模板分子和功能單體形成的主客體配合物進(jìn)入聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)。洗去模板分子后,聚合物中留下對模板分子具有特異性結(jié)合能力的位點(diǎn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)以三聚氰胺為模板分子,甲
2、基丙烯酸和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸為功能單體,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯為交聯(lián)劑,采用水溶液懸浮聚合法合成分子印跡聚合物微球。并用掃描電鏡表征。通過靜態(tài)平衡結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)研究該聚合物的結(jié)合能力和選擇性能,并將所得的MIP用于自制固相萃取柱的固定相,研究其從加標(biāo)三聚氰胺的奶制品中萃取三聚氰胺的性能;關(guān)鍵詞:分子印跡技術(shù);分子印跡聚合物;三聚氰胺;固相萃取IITheMicrospheresPruductionofMolecularlyImprintedPolymerMelamineandItsApplicationinSolidPhaseExtraction·ABSTRACTMelamin

5、host-guestcomplexformedfromthetemplatemoleculeandthefunctionalmonomersgoesintothepolymerstructure.Afterthetemplatemoleculeiswashedaway,thesiteswhichhasaspecificbindingcapacitytothepolymermoleculesinthepolymerstayed.Thisexperimentusesmelamineasthetemplatemolecule,methacrylicacidand2-acrylamid
6、e-2--methylpropanesulfonicacidasfunctionalmonomer,ethyleneglycoldimethacrylateascrosslinker,andusesaqueoussuspensionpolymerizationtosythesizemolecularlyImprintedpolymermicrospheresandtakethemethodofscanningelectronmicroscope.Throughequilibriumbindingexperiments,weinvestigatethebindingcapacit
