7、...........................................22DL/T468一2004fl0呂本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是根據(jù)原國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)委200()年度電力行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制、修訂計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目(電力「2000170號(hào)文)的安排,對(duì)DL468-1992《電站鍋爐風(fēng)機(jī)選型和使用導(dǎo)則》進(jìn)行修訂而編制的。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是推薦性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與DL468-1992相比,其編寫與主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容變化如下:—依照DL/T600-2001的規(guī)定對(duì)編寫進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的改動(dòng)。—定義和術(shù)語依據(jù)GBIT1236-2000進(jìn)行了修改和擴(kuò)充?!黾恿颂岣唢L(fēng)機(jī)安全可靠性的內(nèi)容
8、。如熱一次風(fēng)機(jī)允許的最高進(jìn)口溫度由300℃提高到4000C且應(yīng)符合JB/T8822-1998《高溫離心通風(fēng)機(jī)技術(shù)條件》的規(guī)定;葉輪靜強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)采用準(zhǔn)確度較高的有限元分析方法,且應(yīng)考慮動(dòng)強(qiáng)度問題;對(duì)采用變速調(diào)節(jié)的風(fēng)機(jī),必須進(jìn)行軸系扭振計(jì)算,避免發(fā)生軸系扭轉(zhuǎn)振動(dòng);風(fēng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)人員應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)出口管道布置提出推薦性
