2、軸加工方面、夾具設(shè)計(jì)上的相關(guān)知識(shí)。綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外目前微型車曲軸的制造技術(shù)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過對(duì)曲軸的使用性能、工作條件、結(jié)構(gòu)、技術(shù)要求的了解,對(duì)曲軸的加工工藝規(guī)程進(jìn)行研究改進(jìn),提出了在加工過程中常出現(xiàn)的問題及改進(jìn)的辦法,使曲軸的精度和表面質(zhì)量得到很大提高,降低了廢品率,提高了勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率。并繪制夾具的二維與三維圖形。與在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外夾具的設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)中小企業(yè)廣泛使用夾具常出現(xiàn)的情況,我們有必要對(duì)夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),具有現(xiàn)代機(jī)床夾具設(shè)計(jì)的相關(guān)知識(shí),這樣可有效地提高夾具設(shè)計(jì)的速度和質(zhì)量,從而提高企業(yè)效益。此外,本文順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),利
