1、AbstractEmployeesarethemainforceoftheinnovationofenterprises.Howtomobilizetheenthusiasmoftheemployeesandeffectivelymotivatethemtoinnovate,hasbecomechallengesfacedbyalargenumberofscholarsandenterprisemanagers.Inordertoprovideatheoreticalreferenceforthemanagementofemployees’inno
2、vativebehavior,thispaperattemptstoexploretheformingpathoforganizationalinnovationclimateonemployees’innovativebehavior.Onthebasisofexistingresearch,thispaperconstructsatheoreticalmodelonthepathoforganizationalinnovationclimateonemployees’innovativebehavior.Accordingtothepropos
3、edtheoreticalassumptions,itchoosesemployeesfromenterprisesinthePearlRiverDeltaastheresearchobjects,andconductsempiricalresearchandanalysisofvariancewiththemethodofstructuralequationmodel.Itfiguresouttheirrelationshipandwhethertheyhavethedifferencewithdifferentdemographiccharac
4、teristicsofemployeesonintrinsicmotivation,innovationself-efficacy,andemployees’innovativebehaviorbySPSSsoftware.Thispaperarguesthat:1.organizationalinnovationclimatehasadirectpositiveeffectoninnovationself-efficacy,anddoesnothaveadirectpositiveeffectonintrinsicmotivation;2.inn
