1、全胃切除術(shù)與近端胃切除術(shù)治療胃上部癌的效果比較［摘要］目的比較全胃切除術(shù)與近端胃切除術(shù)治療胃上部癌的效果。方法選取木院2011年2月?2013年2月收治的68例胃上部癌患者為研究對象，根據(jù)不同手術(shù)方式將其分為全胃切除術(shù)組與近端胃切除術(shù)組，各34例，比較兩組的手術(shù)情況、術(shù)后并發(fā)癥情況及遠期生存率等。結(jié)果兩組的手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、排氣時間及住院時間比較，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。全胃切除術(shù)組的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為20.59%,術(shù)后1年存活率為91.18%,近端胃切除術(shù)組的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為29.41%,術(shù)后1年存活率為94.12%,兩組比較，差
