1、學(xué)科坊主研修工作計(jì)劃篇一：坊主工作計(jì)劃坊主工作計(jì)劃單位：桐柏縣平氏鎮(zhèn)第一初級(jí)中學(xué)姓名：胡保群坊主工作計(jì)劃一、指導(dǎo)思想以提高教師思想道德素質(zhì)，以知識(shí)更新與拓展、教學(xué)基本功訓(xùn)練、學(xué)科教學(xué)整合能力訓(xùn)練提高教師教育教學(xué)技能，以現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)、教育科研能力訓(xùn)練提高教師教育科研能力，促進(jìn)教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展為宗旨。更好地發(fā)揮名師、骨干教師的示范、輻射、引領(lǐng)作用，提升其專業(yè)化的發(fā)展空間，促進(jìn)所有教師的共同發(fā)展，形成良性的教師互動(dòng)機(jī)制，實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源共享，推動(dòng)桐柏教育快速、健康、均衡發(fā)展，由桐柏縣教研室牽頭成立本工作坊。為此，特制定本工作坊計(jì)劃。二、發(fā)展目標(biāo)1、團(tuán)隊(duì)成員的教育教學(xué)理念、專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)追求、專業(yè)知識(shí)和
