1、中文摘要當(dāng)前我國(guó)正在進(jìn)行著全面深刻的社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型，不僅涉及到社會(huì)的各項(xiàng)制度i機(jī)制的變革，還涉及到人民的切身利益以及精神層面的價(jià)值追求和感受。各方面的社會(huì)變革打破了原有的穩(wěn)定結(jié)構(gòu)，價(jià)值觀念和思想觀念都受到?jīng)_擊與挑戰(zhàn)，原有的社會(huì)規(guī)范的約束力日益下降，滋生了許多社會(huì)失范現(xiàn)象，誠(chéng)信缺失現(xiàn)象尤為突出。誠(chéng)信缺失造成了人與人之間關(guān)系的冷漠與緊張，降低了人們的社會(huì)安全感，增加了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的交易成本，動(dòng)搖了社會(huì)公共管理部門的公信力，更影響了和諧社會(huì)的建設(shè)。本文試圖從語(yǔ)源和古代典籍中的誠(chéng)信入手，了解誠(chéng)信的歷史和文化價(jià)值。理清誠(chéng)信與社會(huì)發(fā)展演變的關(guān)系。闡明
2、誠(chéng)信的社會(huì)功能。通過(guò)對(duì)誠(chéng)信危機(jī)的表現(xiàn)及其危害的闡述，了解當(dāng)前我國(guó)誠(chéng)信危機(jī)的基本狀況，分析誠(chéng)信缺失產(chǎn)生的原因，并試圖在理論探討的基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，為解決我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中的這一社會(huì)問(wèn)題提供參考。文章采用比較歸納法、文獻(xiàn)資料法對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)的社會(huì)誠(chéng)信危機(jī)進(jìn)行分析和闡釋，探索性地提出解決誠(chéng)信危機(jī)的合理措施。關(guān)鍵詞：誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題；誠(chéng)信建設(shè)黑龍江大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文AbstractCurrentourcountryiscarryingontheprofoundsocialtransformation,notonlyrelatestothesocial
