2、究了兩種相容劑聯(lián)合增容對(duì)共混物性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,馬來(lái)酸酐接枝物添加量為5phr時(shí),對(duì)拉伸強(qiáng)度沒(méi)有明顯影響,而彎曲模量和沖擊強(qiáng)度得到明顯改善。在加入5phr馬來(lái)酸酐接枝物的基礎(chǔ)上,添加復(fù)配的固體環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂,拉伸強(qiáng)度大幅提高,彎曲模量也進(jìn)一步得到改善,沖擊強(qiáng)度有所下降。馬來(lái)酸酐接枝物和環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂添加量均為5phr時(shí),增容效果最佳。DSC數(shù)據(jù)表明,復(fù)配馬來(lái)酸酐接枝物和環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的聯(lián)合增容提高了共混物的結(jié)晶度。SEM的分析結(jié)果表明,PP/ABS的質(zhì)量比為70/30時(shí),ABS相在共混物中的分布呈海一島結(jié)構(gòu),加入5phr固體環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂后,分散相顆粒尺寸得到明顯細(xì)

6、wedthatthetensilestrengthwasnotobviouschanged;thebendingmodulusandimpactstrengthwereimprovedsignificantlywhenthemaleicanhydridegraftcopolymerswith5phrwereaddedintheblend.Whenepoxyresinwasaddedintheblendonthebasisofmaleieanhydridegraftcopolymerswith5phr,thetensilestrengthwasim
7、provedsignificantly,andbendingmoduluswasfurtherimproved,theimpactstrengthwasonthedecline.Thecompatibilizingeffectwasenhancedwithmaleicanhydridegraftcopolymersandepoxyresin.DSCdatashowedthatthecombinationofmaleicanhydridegraftedandepoxyresinincreasedthecrystallinityofthePP/ABS
