1、化工進展2017年第36卷第3期CHEMICALINDUSTRYANDENGINEERINGPROGRESS·1107·低溫等離子改性復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑煙氣脫硫?qū)嶒炑芯慷⌒l(wèi)科,段鈺鋒,張君,趙文廣,孫益,劉猛(東南大學(xué)能源熱轉(zhuǎn)換及其過程測控教育部重點實驗室,江蘇南京210096)摘要:低溫等離子技術(shù)對固體吸附劑表面具有明顯的改性作用,為研究低溫等離子改性對復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑脫硫的影響,并開發(fā)高效的脫硫吸附劑,分別制取了不同比例的活性炭/復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑(AC/CaO),并在固定床吸附實驗臺上進行脫硫?qū)嶒?,探究配比、吸附溫度、O2濃度對SO2吸附
2、效果的影響。在優(yōu)化的實驗條件下,進一步探究低溫等離子改性對復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑脫硫的影響。結(jié)果表明,在最佳實驗條件下,復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑對SO2的單位質(zhì)量吸附量達到24.89mg/g,大于純CaO的脫硫效果;通過低溫等離子處理后的復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑擁有更高的SO2脫除效率,與未改性復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑相比,單位質(zhì)量吸附量提高了61.7%;在SO2和NO的競爭脫除反應(yīng)中,經(jīng)過低溫等離子改性后,復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑脫除污染物向著有利于脫除SO2的方向發(fā)展。關(guān)鍵詞:低溫等離子;復(fù)合鈣基吸附劑;脫硫中圖分類號:X511文獻標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號:1000–6613(201
