1、第44卷第ll期2016年11月化學(xué)工程CHEMICALENGINEERING(CHINA)V01.44No.11Nov.2016復(fù)合沉淀劑用于高鎂鋰比鹵水鋰鎂分離研究龐莎莎,梁渠,蔡靜,劉凱,王愛鳳(成都理工大學(xué)材料與化學(xué)化工學(xué)院,四川成都610059)摘要:采用復(fù)合沉淀劑,用沉淀法從高鎂鋰比鹵水沉淀鎂而實現(xiàn)鋰鎂分離。復(fù)合沉淀劑由氫氧化鈉與輔助沉淀劑(對硝基偶氮苯酚)構(gòu)成。對硝基偶氮苯酚是以對硝基苯胺與苯酚為主要原料,經(jīng)重氮化及偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)得到,其產(chǎn)率為87%。合成產(chǎn)物經(jīng)實測紅外光譜吸收頻率與高斯計算頻率對比,其主要官能團吸收頻率吻合度極高,用質(zhì)譜佐證表明合成產(chǎn)
2、物為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物。通過xRD,SEM表征復(fù)合沉淀劑得到的沉淀形態(tài),其沉淀的結(jié)構(gòu)和形態(tài)發(fā)生了大的變化,得到顆粒大而完整的沉淀。采用該復(fù)合沉淀劑對模擬鹵水進(jìn)行鋰鎂分離,其除鎂率達(dá)到99.999%,鋰損失率低于2%,得到的沉淀極易過濾。關(guān)鍵詞:鎂;鋰;分離;復(fù)合沉淀劑;高鎂鋰比鹵水中圖分類號:TQ131.11文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:l005-9954(2016)11瑚19舭DoI:10.3969/i.issn.1005.9954.2016.11.004Separationoflitlli啪andmagnesiumfromllighMg/Liratiosaltlakebr
