1、塑料工業(yè)第43卷第9期·50·CHINAPLASTICSINDUSTRY2015年9月汽車內(nèi)飾塑料卡扣配合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計研究木柏秋陽,王輝',郝旭飛,李德群(1.武漢理工大學(xué)現(xiàn)代汽車零部件技術(shù)湖北省重點實驗室,湖北武漢430070;2.華中科技大學(xué)材料成形與模具技術(shù)國家重點實驗室,湖北武漢430074)摘要:針對汽車內(nèi)飾塑料圓卡扣配合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計問題,采用ANSYS有限元工具建立接觸非線性大變形計算模型,對卡扣裝配過程進行計算,分析了卡扣配合結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計參數(shù)對卡扣連接性能的影響,得到不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)下卡扣裝拆過程中插入力、拔出力和應(yīng)力等作用過程。最后,借助Origin數(shù)據(jù)分析功能,根據(jù)計算
2、結(jié)果擬合得到卡扣評價指標(biāo)和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,詳細分析了性能與結(jié)構(gòu)的作用規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,卡扣扣合率隨著卡扣座板厚度不是線性變化的,當(dāng)座板厚度為卡扣頸部高度一半時具有最佳的使用性能;扣合率隨孔徑增大先增大后減小,該孑L徑值為卡扣扣合部分最大直徑93.5%附近時卡扣配合具有最佳的性能;扣合率隨卡扣座孔表面摩擦因數(shù)增大而減小,當(dāng)摩擦因數(shù)控制在0.2以內(nèi),可以保證卡扣配合具有較好的使用性能。關(guān)鍵詞:塑料卡扣;配合設(shè)計;裝配分析;有限元DOI:10.3969/j.issn.1005-5770.2015.09.012中圖分類號:TQ320.67文獻標(biāo)識碼:A文章編號:1005—577
