1、第44卷第8期塑料工業(yè)CHINAPLAnCSINDUSTRY·133·2016年8月聚氨酯基凝膠聚合物電解質(zhì)的制備與性能研究高明昊,朱春柳,鮑俊杰,許戈文,黃毅萍(安徽大學(xué)化學(xué)化工學(xué)院安徽省綠色高分子重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,安徽合肥230601)摘要:通過(guò)倒相法制備固液比分別為25%、20%、17%的熱塑性聚氨酯(11Pu)基聚合物膠膜(GPE1、GPE2、GPE3),將其在電解液中浸泡0.5h得到活化后的聚合物電解質(zhì),并采用微觀形貌分析、力學(xué)和電化學(xué)等測(cè)試方法對(duì)其理化性能進(jìn)行了表征。吸液率測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,GPE2的吸液
2、率可達(dá)到331%,高于GPE1(318%)和GPE3(300%);SEM顯示,聚合物膠膜的表面和內(nèi)部都存在著均勻且密集分布的微孔結(jié)構(gòu);力學(xué)性能結(jié)果顯示,未浸泡電解液的GPE1、GPE2和GPE3拉伸強(qiáng)度分別為5.45MPa、3.09MPa、4.24MPa,吸液后對(duì)應(yīng)膠膜拉伸強(qiáng)度分別為2.20MPa、1.43MPa和1.15MPa;交流阻抗譜(EIS)和循環(huán)伏安電流法(LSV)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,GPE2離子電導(dǎo)率和電化學(xué)穩(wěn)定窗口分別為8.67x10S/cm和5.62V,均優(yōu)于GPE1和GPE2。關(guān)鍵詞:熱塑性聚氨
