2、8個(gè)晚稻品種為基因型材料,在安全區(qū)、輕微度和輕度污染區(qū)選擇4個(gè)試驗(yàn)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),通過AMMI模型研究基因型與環(huán)境互作效應(yīng)對(duì)稻米cd積累量及其穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明:土壤cd污染程度和生長(zhǎng)季節(jié)對(duì)稻米的cd積累量均有顯著影響,污染區(qū)晚稻品種的稻米Cd超標(biāo)率明顯高于早稻;基因型對(duì)早稻稻米的cd含量具有極顯著影響,因而可通過選擇種植稻米含量低且遺傳穩(wěn)定性好的低積累品種來降低稻米的Cd積累量;環(huán)境對(duì)晚稻稻米cd積累量的影響占主導(dǎo)效應(yīng),可通過分析品種地點(diǎn)的互作效應(yīng)來確定低積累品種的適宜推廣區(qū)域。穩(wěn)定性參數(shù)刪值的計(jì)算明晰了稻米cd積累量
