2、,應(yīng)用Pro/E軟件建立立柱的三維模型,通過有限元ANSYS軟件仿真分析研究加強筋的布置方式對立柱動態(tài)性能的影響。首先分析立柱結(jié)構(gòu)提取典型的元結(jié)構(gòu)單元,然后對元結(jié)構(gòu)進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,提出米字型、星字型、x字型、十字型四種改進方案,對改進方案進行模態(tài)對比分析,得出不同尺寸大小下的最優(yōu)元結(jié)構(gòu)類型。最后以立柱的一階固有頻率為優(yōu)化目標,以優(yōu)選的十字型元結(jié)構(gòu)對立柱進行重新設(shè)計,在不明顯改變原結(jié)構(gòu)的情況下,其一階固有頻率提高了5.45%,動態(tài)特性得到了明顯的改善。關(guān)鍵詞:元結(jié)構(gòu)分析;三坐標加工單元;結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化中圖分類號:TH122;TG502文獻標識碼:ATh
