1、第2期煤質(zhì)技術(shù)2013年3月攥■研究與管理基于原位開采工藝的油頁巖熱解特性研究趙麗梅,梁杰,梁鯤,錢路新(中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)(北京)化學(xué)與環(huán)境工程學(xué)院,北京100083)摘要:基于煤炭地下氣化原位開采油頁巖的工藝特征,采用熱重分析儀對(duì)樺甸油頁巖進(jìn)行了熱解特性的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,研究了樺句油頁巖有機(jī)質(zhì)大幅熱解的溫度范圍、熱解產(chǎn)物及不同升溫速率對(duì)熱解特性的影響,分析了熱解特性對(duì)原位開采油頁巖工藝的指導(dǎo)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:樺甸油頁巖熱解失重可以分為3個(gè)階段,其中第2階段(300。C~550℃)為有機(jī)質(zhì)熱解的集中階段,析出物主要為CO、CO、CH同系物及不飽和烴類等油氣;隨著升溫
2、速率的提高,最大失重速率升高,失重峰值溫度后移,有機(jī)質(zhì)初始及終止熱解溫度呈現(xiàn)出規(guī)律性,升溫速率從5℃/rain提高到20℃/min,最大失重速率提高近5倍,失重峰值溫度提高28℃,但第2階段的失重比例受升溫速率影響不大。關(guān)鍵詞:油頁巖;熱解特性;熱重分析中圖分類號(hào):TD84文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1007~7677(2013)02—001l—O4Researchonthepyrolysischaracteristicsofoilshalebasedoninsituminingtechnology.ZHA()Li—mei,LIANGJie,LIANGKun,Q
