2、rium),edr2屬于農(nóng)桿菌屬(Agrobacterium),cdr6屬于貪噬菌屬(Variovoraz),cdr7屬于黃桿菌屬(Flavobacterium)。采用盒栽試驗方法,研究了抗cd細(xì)菌對苧麻生長和吸收cd能力的影響。結(jié)果表明,在cd添加量為10mg·kg。1土壤中接種cdr6、edr7能顯著增加苧麻生物量和葉片葉綠素含量,降低植株地下部分丙二醛(MDA)含量,但對植株cd含量沒有影響。從平均值來看,接種cdrl和edr3的苧麻株高低于對照,但只有接種edr3的處理達(dá)到顯著水平。接種ed
