2、0t,活化劑CaC1用量僅為200g/t,經(jīng)1粗1精1掃的閉路浮選脫硅,可獲得精礦鐵品位68.19%、回收率90.03%、尾礦鐵品位12.95%的良好指標。與現(xiàn)場捕收劑RA一715在溫度40℃、用量為530g/t、活化劑CaC1:用量600g/t、1粗1精3掃的閉路浮選指標相比,捕收劑DWD一1精礦鐵品位提高了0.18%,回收率提高了2.69%,尾礦品位降低了3.09%。因此捕收劑DWD一1用作鞍千混合磁選精礦反浮選脫硅捕收劑能較大程度減少藥劑用量,簡化浮選流程,并獲得更好浮選指標。關(guān)鍵詞:脂肪酸;常溫捕收劑;混合磁選精礦;反浮選中圖分類號:TD923.13;TD9
