1、第34卷第3期Vo1.34№3礦冶工程2014年o6月nININGANDMETALLURGICALENGINEERINGJune2014電解錳用鈦基修飾陽極Ti/SnO2/MnO2的制備與性能研楊文翠,彭文杰,李新海,郭華軍,王志興,胡啟陽(中南大學(xué)冶金科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,湖南長沙410083)摘要:采用Ti板作為基體,采用涂敷及熱分解方法在其表面制備Sn0中間層和MnO催化涂層,通過測試極化曲線分析其催化活性。采用活化后的Ti/SnO/MnO:板作為電解錳的陽極板,以增大電流效率和降低能耗。結(jié)果表明Ti/SnO/MnO作為電解錳陽極板時的陽極電位和槽電壓相對于鉛板作為電解錳陽極板的陽極電位和槽電
2、壓都有明顯的降低;陰極板上得到光滑的銀白色錳層,陽極溶液中得到粉末狀MnO,可以用于制備錳酸鋰;陰極電流效率從79.92%增大到88.80%,高于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的陰極電流效率,同時單位能耗從6946kW·h/t降低到6079kW·h/t,低于電解錳廠的單位能耗。Ti/SnO/MnO:鈦基修飾陽極是一種具有較好應(yīng)用潛力的同槽電解錳和二氧化錳的陽極板。關(guān)鍵詞:陽極;槽電壓;極化曲線;陽極電位;電流效率;單位能耗中圖分類號:TM912.9文獻標識碼:Adoi:10.3969/j.issn.0253—6099.2014.03.024文章編號:0253—6099(2014)03—0090—04Prepara
