2、.26%下降至0.56%,白度由53%提高到66%。利用漂白粉對上述高嶺土樣品進行化學(xué)漂白處理后,鐵含量降至0.55%~0.77%,白度提高到65%~69%。針對本研究鐵染高嶺土樣品,現(xiàn)有國產(chǎn)化工業(yè)級超導(dǎo)磁分離設(shè)備年處理量可達6.5萬噸土(干重)。假設(shè)設(shè)備投資以3年為折舊期,超導(dǎo)磁分離工藝的噸土處理成本小于85元/噸,而化學(xué)漂白法僅藥劑成本即可高于80元/噸。超導(dǎo)磁分離工藝可與化學(xué)漂白法達到類似的處理效果,但是其在環(huán)境友好、保存高嶺土特性、處理成本、自動化程度等方面均具一定優(yōu)勢。關(guān)鍵詞超導(dǎo)磁分離化學(xué)漂白高嶺土除雜增白中圖分類號:TD973+.2文獻標識碼:A
