3、sizesofthemRNA3andE2glycoproteinaswellastheirreactivitytoapanelofmonoclonalantibodiestotheE2glycoprotein.Twoofthesevariants,sp-4andJHM-X,werefoundtohavesmallermRNA3andE2glycoproteinspeciescomparedwiththoseoftheotherfourvariants.Inaddition,sp-4andJHM-X
4、weredistinguishedfromtheotherfourvariantsbytheirinabilitytobindtomonoclonalantibodiesrecognizingtwoantigenicdomainsoftheE2molecule.Thus,sixJHMVvariantscouldclearlybedividedintotwogroupswithrespecttothesizeandantigenicityoftheirE2glycoproteins.01989Aca
