4、lthProtectionAgency,saidthatsuchacluster“suggeststhatperson-to-persontransmissionoccurred”butgavenoreasonforincreasedalarm,asindicatedbyanunchangedriskassessmentfromtheWHO(Reuters,13Feb2013).TheabilityofNCoVtospreadbetweenhumanswaspreviouslyunclear,althoughan11-pe
5、rsonclusterofpneumoniainaJordanianhospitalinApril2012hintedthatitwaspossible.NCoVwasconfirmedinthetwofatalcases,andtheninenon-fatalcaseswereprobable,butunconfirmed,NCoVinfections.WHOspokesmanGregoryHartlsaid,“EvenifthecasesinJordanwerehuman-to-humanspread—andwedon
