1、現(xiàn)代塑料加工應(yīng)用2012年第24卷第4期M0DERNPLASTICSPR0CESSINGANDAPPLICAT10NS聚烯烴離聚體原位增容PP/LLDPE共混物的研究鄒學(xué)良徐建平(常州大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,江蘇常州,213164)摘要:用傅立葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、力學(xué)性能測試等方法研究了,聚烯烴離聚體腺位增答聚丙烯/線性低密度聚乙烯(PP/LLDPE)共混物。結(jié)果表明:熔融狀態(tài)下,在馬來酸酐接枝聚丙烯/馬來酸酐接枝線性低密度聚乙烯(PP—g—MAH/LLDPE—g—MAH)(質(zhì)量比50/50)共混物中加入二水醋酸鋅,共混物中的馬來酸酐基
2、團(tuán)(羧酸基團(tuán))與zn。1。發(fā)生離子偶聯(lián)反應(yīng),相界面就地產(chǎn)生的聚烯烴離聚體增加了兩相界面黏合力,共混物力學(xué)性能提高;原位增容后共混物中的PP和LLDPE相熔點(diǎn)略微下降,LLDPE結(jié)晶溫度向高溫移動(dòng);在角頻率為0.O1~100.00S一,原位增容后共混物的儲(chǔ)能模量、損耗模量和復(fù)數(shù)黏度都高于簡單共混物的,損耗正切(tan~)低于簡單共混物的;對(duì)于PP/PP—g—MAH/LLDPE/LLDPE—g—MAH四元體系,SEM顯示原位增容后共混物的相界面變得模糊,相容性提高。關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯線性低密度聚乙烯馬來酸酐離子偶聯(lián)相容性結(jié)晶性能力學(xué)性能Studyo
