1、生物浸銅液論文:高鐵生物浸銅液回收銅及除鐵工藝研究【中文摘要】生物浸銅技術(shù)能經(jīng)濟有效的處理低品位、難回收銅礦,應(yīng)用前景廣闊。但生物浸銅液含鐵較高時,不利于銅的萃取。本文以高鐵生物浸銅液為原料,采用硫化沉淀-雙氧水氧化浸出-蒸發(fā)濃縮工藝制備硫酸銅,并采用熱熔法回收渣中的單質(zhì)硫。再分別采用氧化沉淀法和黃鈉鐵礬法除去回收銅后液中的鐵,廢水實現(xiàn)循環(huán)利用。具體研究結(jié)果如下:與硫化鈉比較,硫化氫沉銅所需硫化劑用量較少,不產(chǎn)生氫氧化鐵沉淀,更適合處理生物浸銅液。當硫化氫與銅的物質(zhì)的量比為1.9:1,pH值為1,反應(yīng)溫度為30℃,攪拌速度為500r-min-

4、perwasremovedbyoxidizingsedimentationmethodandsodiumjarositemethodandthewastewaterwasrecycled.ComparedwithNa2Smethod,treatingcopperbioleachingsolutionbyH2Smethodneedslessagent,andnoFe(OH)3gelsareformed.TheprecipitationrateofCuwas100%andthereductionofFe3+was91%byH2Streatment
5、whenthemolarratioofH2S:Cuwas1.9:1,thesolutionpHvaluewas1,thereactiontemperaturewas30℃,andthereactiontimewas3h.ThemainphaseofsedimentswerebothCuSandS,ofwhichtheCucontentwas45%.Coppersulfidesedimentwasleachedbyhydrogenperoxideandsulphuricacid.Thecopperleachingratewas92.1%unde
6、rtheconditionsofmolarratioofhydrogenperoxidewithcopper,reactiontemperature,liquid-solidratio,concentrationofsulfuricacid,andreactiontimeweresettobe6.4:1,50℃,15:1,3mol·L-1and2h,respectively.CuSO4·5H2Owasobtainedbyevaporativecoolingcrystallizationprocesswhenthevolumeofsolutio
7、nafterevaporationandconcentrationwas1/2ofthestocksolutionunderthecoolingtemperatureof6℃.ThepurityofobtainedCuSO4·5H2Owas96%,anditsqualitysatisfiesthestandardofindustrialcoppersulfate(GB437-93).Elementarysulfurwasrecoveredfromsulfursedimentbyhotmeltingwhenthescreendiameterwa
8、s38μmandthefiltrationtemperaturewas145℃.Thepurityofobtainedelementarysulfurwas99.9
