1、第3O卷第6期礦冶工程V01.3O№62010年l2月MININGAhIDMETALLURGICALENGINEERINGDeceln~r2010蛇紋石與黃鐵礦間的異相凝聚/分散及其對(duì)浮選的影響①盧毅屏,張明強(qiáng),馮其明,歐樂(lè)明,張國(guó)范,龍濤(中南大學(xué)資源加工與生物工程學(xué)院,湖南長(zhǎng)沙410083)摘要:通過(guò)浮選試驗(yàn)、濁度測(cè)定、電位測(cè)定和吸附量測(cè)定研究了蛇紋石與黃鐵礦問(wèn)的異相凝聚/分散及其對(duì)浮選的影響。結(jié)果表明,在pH=7—10.2,蛇紋石與黃鐵礦表面問(wèn)靜電力表現(xiàn)為引力,顆粒間的異相凝聚嚴(yán)重,且當(dāng)蛇紋石量占黃鐵礦量5%時(shí),就會(huì)顯著降低黃鐵礦回收率。原因是蛇紋石異相凝聚于黃鐵礦表面,不僅自身

6、tinecanbetransferredfrompositivetobenegativebySHP,andtheheterocoagulationcanthereforebeefectivelyweakened.Keywords:flotation;serpentine;heterocoagulation;dispersion;pyrite在硫化銅鎳礦的浮選中,蛇紋石是主要的脈石礦硫化銅鎳礦的浮選中,針對(duì)蛇紋石常用的處理方物,其含量較多、易泥化、嚴(yán)重地干擾含鎳礦物的浮法有酸法浮選與添加蛇紋石抑制劑等。酸法工藝的確選¨I4J。對(duì)于鎳精礦來(lái)說(shuō),降低冶煉能耗,首先必須降能活化鎳黃鐵礦浮選,降
7、低精礦中氧化鎂的含量,并可低鎳精礦中MgO含量。鎳精礦中MgO含量過(guò)高,使大大提高銅的回收率,但酸法浮選酸耗很大,造成設(shè)備冶煉爐溫升高,成本增加,爐渣粘度增大,使冶煉回收的腐蝕,難以在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)用J。常用的蛇紋石抑率降低;采用閃速爐時(shí),因爐渣相粘度過(guò)大而導(dǎo)致閃制劑有CMC、六偏磷酸鈉、水玻璃、古爾膠卜m等。它速爐結(jié)瘤,局部腐蝕爐體產(chǎn)生漏爐。因此,鎳礦山一直們?cè)诟∵x中起抑制作用,改善硫化銅鎳礦的浮選。Ed—把降低鎳精礦中MgO含量作為攻關(guān)目標(biāo)。
